Our Pricing.

Hourly Pricing.

For straightforward projects, or for repair jobs where costs become clear only upon diagnosis, we apply a time, material, and mileage pricing model.

Hourly Rate

$99 per hour + Materials

Prior to starting the project, we will outline a rough estimated cost and agree on a pricing touchpoint. Should complexities arise that might push costs beyond the agreed touchpoint, we will consult with you for approval before proceeding.

Mileage - In Town

Free*

For mobile services within Cedar Rapids, Marion, Hiawatha, and Robins, there is no mileage charge.

Mileage - Out of Town

Free 25 Miles* + $1 per mile

For mobile services in other locations, there is no mileage charge for the first 25 miles of round trip travel; we then charge $1 per mile for every mile thereafter. Mileage is calculated from our home base in northeast Marion, Iowa.

*Please note, there is a minimum one-hour charge for all mobile services.

Contract Pricing.

For larger and more complex projects, we apply a contract pricing model with a firm price provided up-front.

During our initial consultation, we will provide you with a rough idea of the project costs, and determine if contract pricing is appropriate.

With your approval, we progress to the design phase of your project. As part of the design phase, we develop a formal estimate that addresses all aspects of your project, including materials & equipment, installation, and travel expenses.

Once you are ready to move forward, this formal estimate is signed and becomes the project contract.

Deposit Guidelines.

For some projects, a deposit may be required based on the value of materials and equipment, as well as the required installation time

Flat Rate Projects: For projects with a fixed installation price, such as dash cam installations, a reasonable deposit may be required to reserve your installation slot.

Materials & Equipment: Projects requiring a substantial investment in materials and equipment, especially those needing special orders, will require a deposit covering these costs. For projects that use contract pricing, the deposit amount will be specified in the contract, and is due upon signing.

Extended Installation Time: Projects needing multiple days for installation may require a deposit at the start of the installation. For projects that use contract pricing, this deposit is typically 50% of the remaining contract balance, with specifics outlined in the contract.
